I use lenses for everyday wear to see, but I'm not a big fan of ''obvious'' circle lenses, so I decided to try these, since they seemed like a really nice natural brown.
ReplyDeleteWhen I received them, I totally fell in love with the design and colour! They look exactly like they do in the picture, a really nice and bright outer effect for natural dark brown eyes! These were the most perfect coloured lenses I have ever tried, and it didn't look unnatural at all!
The size of these are 14.5 mm, which is slightly bigger than ''regular'' lenses - So they give you slighty larger eyes, so you basically get a dark ring around your eye, and a lovely brown colour that blends inwards towards your pupil - Recommended for brown eyes only. But for slightly large dolly eyes, these are the lenses for you!
Compared to 14.0 mm lenses, these are slightly uncomfortable in comparison. It's not like they WERE uncomfortable, but you have to take some time to get used to big lenses. They were starting to get a bit annoying and uncomfortable when I had been wearing them every day for almost 3 months, so I recommend throwing them away around that time.
If you use the lenses to see (so more than the recommended 6 hours each time, and not every day), you'll be using them more then recommended, so the 1 year lifetime will not be accurate. Therefore I recommend a maximum use of 3-4 months, and then throwing them away, as they can get pretty worn and maybe even tear by then.
I really wanted to keep wearing these, so these were really great! Might be buying them again some time in the future c:
